  1. Business Plan
  2. Pictures / 3D Design / Artist impression
  3. Type of trade / Pricing / Target market
  4. Design & layout (concept)
  5. Entity Name & Trading Name
  6. Personal or Company Financials - including audited financials and balance sheets
  7. Turnover projections for 24 months (per month)
  8. Summarised income and expenditure projection for 24 months

Once in receipt of the above and the application form, we will determine the need and or feasibility of your concept in Mimosa Mall and contact you should there be a possible site available.

In the early 90’s Mimosa Mall was a strip centre owned by the well-known Troskie Family. During 2006 Mimosa Mall expanded to the current Multi-Level layout and the Centre success was earmarked achieving the highest trading densities for retailers in South Africa.
